Summary/Abstract: This article highlights the defining aspects of the organizational culture within non-governmental organizations, providing examples from the experience of the PRO DIDACTICA Educational Centre, which in the 20 years of its activity has managed to build a consolidated organizational culture that ensured the functioning and sustainable development of organization, but also remarkable performance.
