Summary/Abstract: The first part of the study dedicated to the ineffectivness of the bequests analyzed the nulity of the bequest, and in part, the revocation of bequests, more specifically, the voluntary revocation of the bequest, following that in this second part of the study we presented the tacit revocation of the bequest and in the present study we analyzed the judicial revocation of the bequest.
