Summary/Abstract: The offenses provided in art. 107 and art. 109 of Law no. 46/2008 on the Forestry Code are incomplete legal norms, which are completed with the legal norm that annually regulates the average price of one cubic meter of wood per foot. In this way, the recipients of the law were informed of all the elements of the constitutive content of the crime regulated by the criticized text, giving them the possibility to be able to clearly predict the consequences of the acts they commit and to adapt their conduct to the requirements of these legal provisions.
