Crisis of the law: the French example of the law of local authorities

Summary/Abstract: The crisis of the contemporary law is a reality in France like in many countries and is a common place of lawyers’ discussion. France is affected by this disease, and former president of Constitutional Council talked about it. Local authorities’ law is a real example of the crisis, law is complicated and instable. Despite this observation, the consequences of this crisis are not only a question of law, it is becoming a problem of democracy et and an issue of the relationship between citizens and local authorities.
