Musical Taste Preferences by Students of Teaching of Matej Bel University and their Determinants

Summary/Abstract: The presented paper deals with the issue of musical taste and its determinants in research activities in Slovakia with subsequent application in the survey of taste preferences of students of music art teachers and analyzest heir determinations by active collective music production and previous music education. We conducted the survey in a deliberately selected narrow group of students who have musical disciplines in their fields of study. At the sametime, he comparest hese results with previous surveys carried out at the same workplace.
