The paradigm of online training, between the revolution and the evolution of data transfer in the educational system

Summary/Abstract: Education is undergoing a transformation that is desired to be characterized by accelerated digitization. In order to understand the phenomenon of digitization in general and in particular that of accelerated digitization in the education and online training system, we must first consider the particularity of this year, the shaping of a new global crisis, the impact of isolation or the relocation of many activities in the work from home system on the social relations and why not even the economic effects. These aspects relate to new requirements and needs, not only of the national education system but of the society as a whole, requiring the adoption of a digitization strategy that also needs to take into account specific and special legal provisions such as applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection, e commerce and electronic communications.
