Summary/Abstract: From the total 458 fines imposed under the GDPR in Europe, since the enforcement of the General Data Protection Regulation, in the first 11 months of 2020244 fines were applied (53,27%) totaling 150,767,293 Euros. In this article we try to present the situation at European level through relevant statistics only for the period between September 1,2020 to November 30, 2020, starting from the top of the countries where the most fines were awarded, top values and the legal basis of the GDPR fines and top fields of activity of the fined operators. From this analysis we realize once again that Regulation 679/2016 is the law with the highest fines in the world, probably because that the value of personal data has far exceeded that value of the petrol or precious metals and because they become real currencies.
