Summary/Abstract: The paper provides the onomastic data collected in the part of Montenegro situated to the north of Podgorica, around the Morača river in its middle course. This territory was shared by three traditional tribes: Kuči, Bratonožići and Piperi. The onomastic evidence presented here is mainly based on field records, with addition of some names drawn from written sources. It includes the (micro)toponymy as well as the anthroponymy (proper names, hypocoristycs, nicknames, family names) of the region.
