HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE SEEMING COMMON SUBJECT IN THE PENAL CODE OF 1951

Summary/Abstract: Current paper aims to observe the development of the hidden special subject of crime in accordance with the Criminal law, issued in 1951. There appears to be a relative stability of the categories, in which this subject can be classified – compared to both criminal laws – the one, issued in 1896 and the current Criminal code, issued in 1968. Although some of the categories include crimes, stable in time, the relative number and sorts of those crimes, included in other categories, vary as a result of different social-economical conditions.
