Summary/Abstract: At the end, we might consider that in socialist constitutions in Czechoslovakia had been subjects of the human rights influenced by marxizm, hover determined by theses of Lenin and Stalin that gave marxizm political face. In thi political backround was no marxizm, but the activity of the Komunist party to protect its power and realize its own plans. Human beeing were not the participant of the power as the subject of the power, but its objects, that should be in line with oders.
