Summary/Abstract: The Algerian legislature has established in the law number 08-08 related toconflicts of social security, mechanisms for the settlement of medical conflicts in the socialsecurity internally, limiting them to two methods, medical expertise or an objection before thecompetent State Disability Commission, before access to justice as an amicable solution tothe notion of social security protection.
