The partition inter vivos in the form of a donation, from the perspective of minor beneficiaries

Summary/Abstract: The institution of the partition inter vivos is a relatively little explored area of inheritance law, and is not currently the act of choice in matters of estate planning. We explore in this paper what conditions must be met by transferors and beneficiaries in order to conclude a partition inter vivos in the manner of partition-donation.
