Summary/Abstract: The study is focused on the iconography of a fly in art throughout history, especially flies connected with a particular author. Highlighted is the Kordoš’s fly as a new iconographic example, exhibited in 2000. Vladimír Kordoš is a well-known contemporary artist, born and living in Slovakia, son of a Bulgarian prima ballerina.
