Considerations regarding the valid conclusion of legal acts by one or both spouses in the light of different matrimonial regimes

Summary/Abstract: This article briefly examines some of the most important legal acts encountered in practice from the perspective of the issue regarding the need for the participation of both spouses for a valid conclusion. Beyond identifying the hypotheses that give rise to the above mentioned issue, the study explains the basis hereof and seeks to provide appropriate solutions, indicating the incident legal provisions on which their logical legal reasoning is based.
