Summary/Abstract: In September 2021, several legislative acts were published in the Official Journal, among which the following: O.U.G. no. 103/2021 on some measures at the level of public administration; Order of the President of the National Office for the Prevention and Combating of Money Laundering no. 380/2021 on the reporting entities informing the ONPCSB of discrepancies regarding the real beneficiaries, pursuant to Art. 19 para. (7^1) of Law No. 129/2019 on preventing and combating money laundering and terrorist financing, as well as amending and supplementing some normative acts; Law No. 226/2021 on establishing social protection measures for vulnerable energy consumers; Order of the Minister of Justice No. 4.302/C/2021 on the updating for 2021 of the number of notary public posts for intern notaries who will pass the final exam; Order of the Minister of Education and the Minister of Health No 5196/1756/2021 on the approval of measures for the organisation of activities in educational establishments/institutions under epidemiological safety conditions for the prevention of SARS-CoV-2 virus diseases. Also in September, several regulations were amended, including: Law no. 85/2014 on insolvency prevention and insolvency proceedings, Law no. 213/2015 on the Insured Persons Guarantee Fund; Annexes no. 2 and 3 to H.G. no. 932/2021 on the extension of the state of alert on the territory of Romania as of 10 September 2021, as well as the establishment of the measures to be applied during its duration to prevent and combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic; Order of the Minister of Health and the President of the National Health Insurance Fund no. 15/2018/1311/2017 for the approval of the Rules for the application of the provisions of GEO no. 158/2005 on social health insurance leave and allowances. At the same time, in the Official Gazette of September, Judgment No. 42/2021 of the Suceava Court of Appeal on the annulment of certain administrative acts of a regulatory nature and the ECHR Judgment of 18 May 2021 in the Z. vs. Romania case were also published.
