Summary/Abstract: The presented book deals with the issue of language fossilization in the advanced users of Polish as a foreign language. In particular, the author examines language difficulties (fossilization symptoms) the foreigners experience while speaking and writing in Polish, accounts for reasons for the status quo, and finally, puts forward some suggestions concerning changes and forms of work on the Polish language proficiency.
