Summary/Abstract: The study is a compendium of knowledge on the issues of general principles used in administrative enforcement proceedings. It refers both to the rules regulated in the enforcement act, as well as those resulting from other legal acts: the Constitution, the Code of Administrative Procedure, and acts of international law. In order to facilitate the understanding of the issues discussed, they are presented using calculations, exemplification and comparisons. The whole is enriched with reference to numerous court decisions.
