Summary/Abstract: The monograph highlights the emergence of a convergent type of society as a transhumanist society and associated with a new quality of technological interventions in human nature. The philosophical foundations of a new type of society, the essential features of transhumanism and singularity, the transmutation of classical political and philosophical theories in the new technological era are considered. The problem of transformation of the global information society into a space of confrontation and competition of states, the influence of modern technologies on the concept of state sovereignty (within the framework of building "digital sovereignty") is thoroughly covered. The impact of Industry 4.0 technologies (primarily robotics) on military affairs is analyzed separately. The current opportunities and prospects of Ukraine in the context of the development of technologies of Industry 4.0 and the ability to build a national innovation system are subjected to a thorough analysis.
