Summary/Abstract: Monograph is focusing on research of curriculum of the Media Education from the perspective of upper elementary school teachers of the Czech language and literature in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part are described theoretical approaches dealing with the topic. Empirical part of the monograph introduces the results of the research itself, which aims to discover the form of the curriculum of Media Education applied by the teachers of the Czech language and literature in the Czech upper elementary schools. Questionnaire was composed of three parts: teachers’ concepts of the media education curriculum, applied form of the curriculum and overall integration of the media education into the curriculum of the Czech language and literature classes.
