Summary/Abstract: This publication deals with a coaching issue from the coach (trainer) and the manager perspective, to the ways which they should speak to their juniors, also motivational principles and tools the participants should use in their exercise. It also includes the psychosocial development of an individual, which is aimed at gaining skills or increasing greater satisfaction with life. The publication contains practical guides to the aforementioned aspects of coaching with theoretical introduction, so all the principles and tools can be understood well by the layperson. The process of motivation is described in detail since it is not appreciated for the state in the present but for its far-reaching positive effects in the future. This publication is on a first place dedicated for sports coaches, who want to reach a positive impact on their juniors in terms of increasing performance and better enjoyment in their physical activity. On the other hand, this information is also useful for managers because it can be easily applied in their area. Nevertheless, the individuals interested in self-growth may benefit from this text.
