Summary/Abstract: On 24 February 2022, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched an invasion into Ukraine on the orders of their commander‑in‑chief, President Vladimir Putin. Thus, Russia’s war against a major democratic European country, which had begun in 2014, turned into a full‑scale armed aggression conducted by Moscow.
