Summary/Abstract: The publication contains compiled examples of linguistically correct feminine forms of positions, functions and professions found at the University of Silesia in Katowice. During the conceptual work, another facet of the modern world became apparent to us, namely the need to develop guidelines for the creation of forms that do not indicate gender. This resulted in extending our naming proposals to include a neutral aspect and calling the prepared dictionary “inclusive”.
