- Summary/Abstract:The issue of the components of sport training has been a point of interest in the work of sport researchers since the second half of the 20th century. Studying the literature, we find that, although totally different in terms of objectives, level of physical performance, training conditions, socio-economic status, etc., the three dimensions of football (professional, semi-professional and amateur) are intertwined in the issue of training planning. In this paper we aimed to analyse the situation of a semi-professional team (from the 3rd league in Romania), the psycho-socio-economic profile of the players and where they stand in terms of physical training, and what are their perspectives on it. The aspects discussed by the authors include physical, technical, tactical, psychological and theoretical training. In recent times, the game of football has changed, and we can say that the perspective on its preparation has also evolved. Thus, the approach to training means has changed in recent years. In recent scholarly works, authors look at football training as a whole and training means are no longer seen as having a single purpose, but as exercises having characteristics from each component. This is due, on the one hand, to the increasing complexity of the game of football and, on the other hand, to the cramming of competitive periods.

- Keywords:postpartum; natural enhancement; quality of life;
- Summary/Abstract:At the national level, the statistical data related to the natural increase highlight the fact that Romania is in an alarming process of population decline, which will cause a decrease of up to 17.8% by the year 2050. This population decline will also manifest itself in other countries such as Bulgaria, Croatia, Poland, Estonia, Slovakia while in developed countries such as Austria, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Italy and the United Kingdom of Great Britain statistical data indicate a population growth based on the higher standard of living that determines an increasing number of births but also on the fact that these countries attract every year waves of young immigrants who settle down and want to start families in countries that are much more developed than the ones they come from.Thus we can affirm the fact that an objective evaluation of the entire process that is the basis of the natural increase of the population is necessary, namely the process of conception, the prepartum and postpartum period. The purpose of the research undertaken is primarily to evaluate the quality of life of women in the postpartum period, at the same time as understanding and knowing the phenomenon of practicing physical exercises aimed at improving the quality of life of young mothers, as well as determining the links between the quality of life perceived by women in the postpartum period and their desire to getting back to your pre-pregnancy physical shape and even wanting to have a second or third pregnancy.

- Keywords:sports facilities; urban sports; informal sports; children;
- Summary/Abstract:For a very long time it has been concretely proven, through studies and research, that physical activity is particularly important for the physical and mental health of children, and regular physical activity is associated with a low incidence of overweight and non-communicable diseases (cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and various types of cancer) and has positive effects on mental health, by reducing depression and anxiety. At the same time, it contributes to the social integration of children and young people, by offering informal contexts for practicing physical exercises, free from the rigors of performance standards encountered in formal contexts and with a high potential to motivate the participants' involvement in a systematic and continuous activity. Against the background of the urbanization process and the relationship of this process with the physical activism of the population, in this study, we aimed to identify the level of popularity of urban sports among secondary school children, what are the factors that influence children' perception of urban sports and, at the same time, whether these sports disciplines can be an alternative to the active leisure time of children of this age. 382 children from Secondary School no. 169 in Bucharest, aged between 9 and 15 years.

- Keywords:Y-Balance Test; young football players; stomatognathic system;
- Summary/Abstract:The aim of this study was to observe whether motor control could be influenced by varying stimuli from the stomatognathic system. In particular, the Y-Balance Test was used as a scientifically validated tool to test the dynamic balance of the subjects and to observe how this changed when the stomatognathic receptor sent different inputs depending on whether the tongue was kept in a low position or with the tip in the area of the palatine spot or when cotton rolls were placed between the dental arches or the subject was asked for maximum occlusion. The study was conducted on young soccer players belonging to the junior category of four Italian Serie A professional soccer teams. A total of 61 subjects were identified in the four teams. The data of three trials correctly performed for each direction with tongue and occlusion in standard position were acquired. As regards the Tongue Group, the results show statistical significance as regards the comparison between the Standard Trial and the Spot Trial. Statistical significance was also observed in the comparison Standard Test and Low Tongue. The Occlusion Group showed statistical significance both in the Standard Trial vs Roller Trial comparison but not in the Standard Trial and Occlusion Trial comparison. However, statistical significance was still recorded in the comparison of the Roller Test and the Occlusion Test. This study examined whether changes in tongue occlusion or position could affect tonic-postural system responses in motor control during performance of the Y-Balance Test.

- Summary/Abstract:Successful performance and high sports achievements in sport depend on the various aspects of sports training - physical, technical, tactical, and psychological training. On the other hand, a good knowledge of the sports regulations is extremely important for successful performance in sports competitions. The aim of the present study is to assess the knowledge of coaches related to the sparing and self-defense of Taekwon-do. Methodology: The study was carried out in April – May 2020. The study involved 38 Taekwon-do coaches (38.44±9.52 years) with different sports experience and degree from 15 local Taekwon-do clubs in Bulgaria. The online form test contains a total of 32 questions (4 personal and 28 specialized questions). Results: The largest accumulation of values (most coaches) received a result in the range of 17-31 points (81.58% of all tested). Most tasks have very good discrimination (0.40≤DP≤0.80). The calculated difficulty P of the questions used is in the range of 55-90%. Conclusion: Empirical data show that the test has good statistical characteristics and can be used to assess the theoretical knowledge of coaches about the sports regulations. The data obtained from the pedagogical experiment give grounds to claim that the level of knowledge of Taekwon-do coaches are at different levels. The regular use of a test to assess knowledge related to the rules of competition will increase the knowledge of coaches and reduce missed matches at critical moments.

- Summary/Abstract:Balance is due to proprioception, vision, vestibule and visual dependence, but an imbalance in one of these components will create the sensation of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV). The purpose of the study is to demonstrate the usefulness of virtual reality on BPPV. Method and material: we tested 15 subjects, with an average age of 58 years, 7 men and 8 women, diagnosed with BPPV. Before(T1) and after evaluation(T2) was realized with: Stepping Test, Babinski Weil and a complex evaluation using MotinVR-Platform. The rehabilitation during 6 months, 2 sessions/week, each session 10 minutes muscle strength, proprioceptive stimulation, balance exercises and 20 minutes of multisensory stimulation. The result:Stepping Test, 29% of the subjects show a deviation to the left, 71% to the right. Following Babinski Weil, 4 subjects had a fall to the left, 10 subjects had a fall to the left and only one subject had no fall. On MotionVR-Platform, the results on average are: somesthetic input: 92.1%(T1) and 97.5%, (T2), visual input:57.7%(T1) and 71.3%,(T2), vestibular input:59.9%(T1) and 69.2%(T2) and visual dependence: 89.3%(T1) and 98.4%(T2). The postural stability with eyes open on stable plane: 82.2%(T1) and 86,5%(T2), eyes open on unstable plane 52.7%(T1) and 61.7%(T2); eyes closed on stable plane 82.5%(T1) and 89.5%(T2), eyes closed on unstable plane:52.1%(T1) and 63.0%(T2); controlled vision on a stable plane:82.2%(T1) and 89.1%(T2); controlled vision on an unstable plane:41.5% and 58.9%(T2).Conclusion: each subject requires a complex multisensory rehabilitation, based on vestibular, proprioceptive, visual stimulation, these three can be combined at the same time on the MotionVR-Platform.
