Summary/Abstract: The European Commission's Report for Serbia in 2020 indicates the lack of an action plan and adequate finances to ensure the implementation of the National Program for the preservation and improvement of the sexual and reproductive health of the citizens of the Republic of Serbia, as well as improved access to quality services in this area. The same was repeated in the Report of the European Commission for Serbia in 2021. Also, in the EU Gender Action Plan III for implementation in Serbia, the promotion of sexual and reproductive health and rights is one of the five thematic areas, and the intended specific goal refers to the legislative, as well as the political and social environment that enables women and girls to access quality care and services related to sexual and reproductive health and protects their sexual and reproductive rights.
