Summary/Abstract: This collection of my articles, comments, statements and other reactions during the Yugoslav crisis represents a kind of chronicle of the time from 1990 to 1999. As a scholar who has been engaged in international law and international relations for several decades, actively politically engaged in the country and in the international field, I could not remain silent for a single moment and ignore the actions that, by manipulating the noble feelings of the broadest layers of the people, led to armed conflicts and the disintegration of the SFRY, the impossibility of a peaceful separation and the resolution of disputed issues, the failure to implement assumed international obligations, the destruction of economic life, the cessation of cooperation with European and practically other states, the United Nations and other international organizations. A reaction similar to a nuclear chain reaction occurred, which can be followed in the contributions that I publish chronologically, by year, in this Chronicle.
