Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this monograph is to contribute to and enrich the conceptual framework of developing the naval education system in the Republic of Bulgaria in the changing environment. The author's primary focus is on: research into general theoretical problems of how the naval education system functions; analysis of the environment in which this system functions; generating approaches and directions for the development of the national naval education in the changing environment. This research can be used for the purposes of preparing the management of the military education institutions.
