Summary/Abstract: This book draws on experience and knowledge on bridging the knowledge gap between multinational corporations (MNCs) and their Saudi strategic partners in order to streamline the Logistics and Supply Chain operations. Dr Halawani explores and explains the processes by which MNCs’ affiliates achieve competitiveness from the knowledge management and organisational learning perspective. Saudi Arabia's government expedited plans for diversifying the economy. To develop the institutional capacity to achieve such an ambitious vision, it was launched and linked to the National Transformational Program (NTP).
