Summary/Abstract: The article presents the features of critical thinking developmentas one of the important soft skills necessary in modern society. In particular,the methods and tools used by teachers in the classroom to develop criticalthinking of students are considered. The possibilities of using informationand communication technologies contributing to the formation of criticalthinking skills are revealed.
