Summary/Abstract: In order to receive and validly register complaints, it is mandatory to provide the identification data of the complained operator or of the authorized person complained, such as name and surname, address/headquarters, or at least of the available information held by the petitioner, in order to identify them. Complaints sent are signed in handwriting or electronically, and in the case of petitions sent electronically that cannot be signed, ANSPDCP may request confirmation of the correctness of the data transmitted electronically.
