Summary/Abstract: Knights Templar as a marketing tool can serve not only to present the cultural potential of the regions, but can also be used to conduct a survey of tourists´ behaviour, to get to know a cultural offer, familiarize with competing projects focused on promotion of tourism and to utilize regional peculiarities. The Templar expeditions can be used to carry out research to identify visitors’ needs and their habits in spending leisure time activities.
