Summary/Abstract: Without the cooperation of its members, society can not survive, and human civilization has survived thanks to cooperation among people.Cooperation among students is largely neglected as an aspect of teaching. A large part of the teaching process is carried out by the teacher in organizing the appropriate relationship between students and teaching materials (textbooks, curricula, etc.), and one part devotes itself to building better communication between teachers and pupils themselves. However, the problem of communication among students is neglected. The way a teacher organizes co-419operation between students will greatly affect the quality of learning, the student's feelings towards school and teacher, the relationships that develop with peers, and the sense of selfesteem.Collaborative learning is accomplished by the students working together, working together in order to reach a solution to a specific task. Within collaborative learning, the work of an individual contributes to his own progression and learning, as well as to the advancement of all members of the group. Collaborative learning is most often realized in small groups, so that students can extract maximum from each other for themselves as well as for other members of the group. In order for collaborative learning to achieve its full effect, the teacher must set certain behavioral rules that include the instructions and obligations of group members.The article describes the articulation of associate teaching, as well as the effects that this model has on the quality of teaching, based on parameters such as the intensity and direction of communication, the results of student achievements, social relations among group members.
