Summary/Abstract: The precautionary principle in European administrative law made its way into European law. It was used to attack both acts of Community institutions, as well as acts of institutions of member states. Detailed regulation of the criteria and procedures according to which it will apply is needed, so that the rights of the interested parties be properly protected.
