Summary/Abstract: The subject of this article are the issues of proceedings for preliminary ruling, regulated in Art. 234 of the TEO. Before the analysis of provisions of this proceeding, its most essential features should be outlined very schematically, distinguishing it from the general claim process before the Court of Justice of the European Communities.
