Summary/Abstract: The article examines the problem of juvenile delinquency. The importance of adequate time identification and handling of children's risky behavior is explored. The need for enhanced protection and prevention in the education and growth of children is emphasized. Relevant statutory measures to combat the anti-social behavior of minors have been analysed.
