Summary/Abstract: The analysis of proposed solutions for the development of the sector should be based on common European policies and take into account the proposed common actions following the Russian invasion of Ukraine, as reflected in the RePowerEU plan. With this Plan, the European Commission proposes a comprehensive set of policy instruments aimed at reducing our dependence on Russian fossil fuels, with nuclear energy being one of the possible alternatives.
