Summary/Abstract: The report formulates a thesis about the need for democratic political forces to hold a tolerant debate, in the course of which to clarify the natural priorities of every Bulgarian citizen. Thus, the create of consensus political program to be voted by the National Assembly as a mandatory “Code of National Prosperity” by law. Its implementation by each subsequent government should ensure the revival of the democratic political process and opportunities for development, especially in those areas of national life that are equally important for every citizen (regardless of his ideological value and political affiliation).
