Summary/Abstract: Our study focuses on the treatment and (auto)fiction of the theme of slowness in the poetics of Philippe Delerm, more particularly from the reading of the novel The very first sip of beer. Indeed, from the poetization of small daily gestures, the narrator is part of a nonchalant approach to time and reconciliation of action with immemorial anthropological rhythms.
