Summary/Abstract: The history of humanity is unfortunately commemorated with the wars initiated to dominate the world. The aim of being the sole domination over the area they lived on caused wars between states throughout history, these wars, which were initially on land, spread to the seas with the discovery of transportation on sea. This perspective of humanity focused on dominating and managing geography has changed with the development of space-oriented technologies, and eventually, space has become a problematic area in terms of co-existence.
