Summary/Abstract: The phenomenon of flying has always attracted humans . The three-dimensional character of flight, its speed, and the world's transition into a ‘global village’ owing to ever more economical air travel are all elements that give aviation and air transport a high level of public awareness . Outer space activities, likewise aviation, have attracted human fascination and continue to do so. However, outer space commercial activities, on the other hand, are in their infancy.
