Summary/Abstract: In my paper, I focused on the importance of crisis management for sports teams, especially budget changes in response to a crisis. It turns out that, just like other environments, the sports environment at various levels did not have elaborated and set up crisis mechanisms in case of a crisis of the scale of the COVID-19 pandemic. In my contribution, I would like to describe the reactions as well as the reactions and recommendations for creating budgets in the OECD environment, the Czech Republic and sports teams in general, as well as specific examples of the reactions of sports teams.
