Summary/Abstract: The analysis of two selected magazines (“Zew Młodych” and “Diwrei Akiba”), published by youth Zionist organizations that established and operated agricultural farms in interwar Poland, aims to show the activity of the young generation of Jews. Daily activities and farm work as well as engaged journalism or other forms of writing are evidence of the importance of the gesture of empowerment, the pursuit of causality and in such a way of forming a modern identity.
