Summary/Abstract: The paper looks at the price dynamics in Bulgaria, with the emphasis placed on the proinflationary influence of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. The empirical analysis of the main proinflationary factors shows that the current rise in prices may turn out to be a longer process over time with a possibility of intensification. The development of the military conflict, as well as the sanctions against Russia and its response, will determine the course of the inflationary process in our country.
