Summary/Abstract: This article presents a reflection on working in medical professions in terms of a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals, what is a challenge of modern times. Opportunities related to carrying out work related to the mission in the face of sick and suffering people in three dimensions of action: hospital, infirmary and home care were outlined. In addition, the hazards related to the work environment in modern medicine have been shown.
