Summary/Abstract: This article presents issues related to the educational and professional career planning of Generation Z. The results of a qualitative study conducted in 2022 on a group of 111 students are presented. Essays describing educational and professional paths were also analysed. This analysis sought to identify categories related to educational paths and future career plans. The purpose of the article is to identify important factors related to the planning of educational and professional paths of Generation Z.
