Summary/Abstract: The article contains a technical and economic analysis necessary for the rehabilitation and modernization of an existing building, which is partially constructed and left unfinished in the 1990s, with a focus on the costs involved in consolidating, rehabilitating, and expanding this building. The work carried out included assessing the structural condition of the building, preparing the construction estimate with cost projections, and proposing solutions for the functional expansion of the property. Additionally, based on the estimate, long-term economic benefits such as the increased value of the building and its energy efficiency were analyzed, providing recommendations for the practical implementation of the project.
