Summary/Abstract: In this paper, I discuss the spatialization of displaced people and the migration politics of national states in response to irregular migration. Migration and new border regimes will be discussed focusing on the global risk impact for Türkiye. Irregular migration will be explored using securitization as a worldwide risk factor and its effects in Türkiye.
