Summary/Abstract: In light of the rising number of migrants and refugees in Poland following the outbreak of war in Ukraine in 2022, many institutions have faced the urgent need to organize support and integration for children and families with migration experiences. The Intercultural Mobile Educators program, implemented by the Foundation for Freedom, aims to support the assistance and educational activities conducted by schools and day support centers in Warsaw. This analysis presents the fundamental assistance activities directed at families and children, as well as the programs approach. Its goal is to outline the responsibilities of intercultural mobile educators while also defining their professional profile. The reflections contained in the text address the potential this form of work creates, such as reducing language and cultural barriers and promoting an understanding that diverges from the dominant cultural context. Additionally, the exploration highlights several challenges that should be considered when assessing the validity and potential of using this form of support.
