Summary/Abstract: This research paper mostly involves a personal approach, which in addition to the bibliographic sources specific to its theme will also show a series of facts experienced by myself from my position as a cleric in a Rroma parish. The relationship between parishioners and clerics is usually based on the respect they have toward the priest, parish priest, cleric, or deacon, without going deeper into the relationship with the representative of the parish at a personal level, the neighbour, friend, fellow etc. Thus, the research paper will show an analysis of those intervention mechanisms at a parish level, looking at those affiliated with it and at a significant number of Rroma people from the point of view of the relationship with them, their implication in the activities of the church, their roles and responsibilities. So the research will analyse the most relevant mechanisms the representatives of the church use, starting from the concept of mission in the Rroma community, as well as how it is received by the members of these communities, and how they perceive the rules they must follow during service.
