Summary/Abstract: The authors comment on revisionism in Croatia during the 1990s, assessing it as a protracted socio-political anomaly. As opposed to western countries, since 1990 the new political government in Croatia has tolerated and encouraged historical revisionism – sometimes even including it in their political programs – by fetishizing the state and the Croatian state-building idea.
