Summary/Abstract: The process of globalization is a lawful and objective process which no national economy can avoid, no matter how much it wants that or not. Thus, it is not necessary to avoid it.
The main question that transition countries were trying to find an answer to at the beginning of the 20th century was, how to successfully enter the processes of globalization, that is, how to manage transition from non-market system to a market system.
